The Elementary School at Awaken Christian Academy serves students from Kindergarten
through Fifth Grade, with approximately 200 students learning and growing in a nurturing,
Christ-centered environment.

At ACA, we believe academic excellence and Biblical truth go hand in hand. Our dedicated teachers are committed to providing students with a strong academic foundation while encouraging them to develop a lifelong love of learning. Through engaging instruction, high
academic expectations, and individualized encouragement, we challenge each student to grow, discover their God-given abilities, and reach their full potential.

In addition to our core academic curriculum, elementary students receive instruction in Art, Music, Physical Education, Spanish, and Technology, providing opportunities to develop a widerange of skills, interests, and talents.

Faith at the Center

While academic excellence is an important part of the ACA experience, faith is at the center ofall we do. We desire to help students understand that their education is more than simply gaining knowledge—it is an opportunity to discover God’s truth and learn how to live it out each day.

Weekly Chapel brings students from Preschool through Fifth Grade together for a special time of worship, Biblical teaching, prayer, and devotion. These gatherings provide an opportunity for students to grow in their faith, worship together as a school family, and be encouraged by God’s Word. Parents are always welcome and encouraged to join us for Chapel.

Athletics & Character Development

We believe athletics provide valuable opportunities for students to develop character, discipline, teamwork, perseverance, confidence, and leadership. Sports opportunities are available for students in Grades 2–5, allowing them to learn important life lessons while enjoying the excitement of competition and being part of a team.

Depending on the season, athletic opportunities may include football clinics, flag football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, cross-country, track, and cheer. Through these experiences, students are encouraged to work together, demonstrate good sportsmanship, and represent ACA with excellence both on and off the field.
